Jaundice symptoms, and treatment
It
is a disease in which the skin and the white part of the eyes turn yellow, so
it is also called jaundice. This disease can also be a sign of blood, liver, or
gallbladder problems. Jaundice occurs when the amount of bilirubin in the blood
increases. It is a yellow to an orange substance found in red blood cells. When
these cells are destroyed, the liver filters them from the blood. But if the
liver is not working properly, the amount of robin in the cat starts to
increase, causing the skin to appear yellow. Children and adults can also
suffer from this disease.

Complaints of nausea or vomiting
If you have persistent nausea or vomiting after
eating, you need to get checked out immediately, as nausea and vomiting can be
symptoms of jaundice.
Yellowing of the skin and eyes
Yellowing of the skin and eyes is the most common
symptom of jaundice. Jaundice causes a part of the skin or the whites of the
eyes to turn yellow.
Appetite and weight loss
People who are suffering from jaundice have less
appetite due to which they lose weight rapidly.
Stomach pain
People with jaundice often complain of abdominal
pain.
Fatigue
Jaundice can cause you to feel tired quickly. You
may feel tired even after doing a little work.
Rash, fever, and dark urine
Jaundice can cause itchiness on any part of the
body, while symptoms of fever may also appear. Also, the color of urine becomes
very dark in jaundice patients. Medicines are generally not prescribed during
jaundice symptoms and the symptoms are controlled by home remedies.

Uses of Turmeric
Turmeric is rich in antioxidant properties that
strengthen liver cells. Along with this, harmful particles can also be avoided
by using turmeric. Grind seven mashes of turmeric and mix it with honey and use
one spoon every day in the morning and evening.
Pumpkin
Cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook the broth. Try
not to have fat in this broth. White cumin, coriander, ginger, a little salt,
black pepper, and garlic can be added for a better taste. While avoid adding
green or red chilies, sour cream, and any kind of hot spices. In case of
hunger, eat pumpkin pieces and drink the broth.
Cucumber
The use of cucumber removes the heat of the stomach
and liver, so its use during jaundice is very useful. You can also sprinkle
black salt on the cucumber before eating.
Ginger
Mix a little ginger, ten mint leaves, and a teaspoon
of fennel in a cup of water and make a cup of coffee and drink it three to four
times a day. Also add ground ginger, one spoon of water, lemon, mint extract,
and one spoon of honey to make a mixture, and use this mixture three to four
times a day.
Leaves of Arjuna
Soak Arjun leaves in the water in the evening. After
mixing them in water in the morning, filter and drink. Soak these leaves again
in the morning and use them in the evening.
Radish
This vegetable is very useful for people suffering
from jaundice. Eat it raw. You can also use Jaggery along with it so that it
gets digested quickly. It can also be used by mixing sugar in radish juice.
Apart from this, the juice of radish leaves is also useful in this disease.
Carrot
Carrot jam is very useful for patients suffering
from this disease. Jam can be made at home or bought from the market. Drink
fennel and green cardamom coffee after eating two spoons of Jam every day.
Lemon
Consuming the juice of two to three lemons in water
every day will start to relieve the symptoms of jaundice within a few days.
Pomegranate
Pomegranate juice is also very effective during
jaundice symptoms. Consuming its juice every day at night will reduce the
symptoms significantly.
Sugarcane juice
Sugarcane juice is very curative during this
disease. Sugarcane juice not only reduces the symptoms of Jaundice but also
relieves the weakness and fatigue caused by Jaundice. Jaundice symptoms usually
disappear with the help of these home remedies. But if symptoms persist or do
not improve, consult a physician.
